These terms govern any work undertaken by Penlucid Studios for a client. By engaging us for a project, you agree to the terms below. Specific project details, pricing, and timelines will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Project fees are typically split into an upfront deposit and a balance on completion, unless otherwise agreed. Monthly retainers (hosting, maintenance, domain) are billed in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Every project includes a reasonable number of revisions during the build process. Requests significantly outside the original brief may be quoted as additional work.
Once a project is paid in full, the client owns the final website files and content. Any third-party assets, licensed fonts, or stock imagery remain subject to their original licence terms.
We take reasonable care to deliver working, secure websites, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted uptime from third-party hosts or platforms. We are not liable for losses arising from third-party service outages.
